Evogenesis

Design a creature.
Set it loose on a planet.
Watch it evolve.

Evogenesis is an evolution sandbox for your phone. You don't steer an animal — you build its body, paint it and watch how it copes among dozens of other species, in a climate that changes on its own. The planet keeps living even after you close the game.

The creature lab and a planet in Evogenesis

Three things you do

The world does the rest: climate, cataclysms, predators and the competition for light.

BUILD

115 parts: body segments, armour plates, legs, fins, eyes, jaws and ornaments. Drag them onto the body and see size, speed, attack, armour and mind change right away. New parts unlock as your species achieve more.

PAINT

Pigment flows through the joints and dries. And it isn't decoration: crimson helps survive the cold, azure the heat, and green lets a creature feed on light. Body and colour decide which land it lands in.

WATCH

Species split, wander and die out. The ones that grow smart build reefs, nests and eventually tools and machines. A few dozen epochs after release, the game tells you how your creature did — and what finished it off.

The planet lives while you're away

  • It catches up. When you come back, the world has lived through the epochs you missed — up to eight hours. The game tells you how many species appeared, how many died out, and whether your line made it.
  • It warns you. Cooling, drought, flood, eclipse, meteor strike — they come with a forecast and a hint of what might help.
  • It remembers. Every species that took hold goes into the book, extinct ones too. The family tree shows where today's life came from.
  • There's a second world. A spare and a test field — open it with credits your species earn, or by watching an ad.

No noise

  • Nothing for real money. There are no purchases in the game.
  • Ads only when you ask. You watch a rewarded ad when you want to skip ahead in time or get sparks. Nothing is locked behind one.
  • Works offline. Progress is saved on your phone; the cloud copy is a bonus, not a requirement.
  • No account, no email. The game never asks for your name, address or phone number. Details: privacy policy.
